After submitting my Martha Stewart nomination to the american made award, I was so afraid and ready to receive some Critics about the Video, i got so many sweet and encouraging messages from my family, from friends and fans that it was almost my second of fame.. I feel great about myself and about the hard work i put in this amazing process. I just realized that people really appreciate my work... However I also got some comments that were not the best and even though I got a little upset I just deal with it and got the best from the situation (as always!)

Here are 4 ways to deal with Criticism and got the best of it !

1. Don’t take it personally : This is often the biggest problem which occurs with regard to criticism. stay calm and not take it personally. Reacting emotionally will only make the situation worse.

2. Ignore it, don’t hear it, let it go !!! Sometimes we are criticized with no justification. This is a painful experience. Depending on the people the criticisms is coming from, sometimes is easier just to let it go.

3. Listen, you may be wrong: Everything can be changed and you can always find a small way to improve everything in your life. You are not perfect.

4.  Learn from criticism

We can all learn from criticism. You may not be able to use criticism to change Something that has already been completed but you can certainly use it in the future. you can make some adjustments and learn from a difficult situation.
